Benzathine Penicillin G กับยาทดแทน

ไม่ใช่ dose ยาของ Benzathine Penicillin G แต่จะทำยังไงถ้าต้องใช้ยาอื่นทดแทน

Gonococeal infection in pregnancy :
  • Ceftriaxone 125 mg IM once + Erythromycin 500 mg qid x 7 days หรือ
  • Ceftriaxone 125 mg IM once + Amoxy 500 mg tid x 7 days
Chamydial infection :
  • Erythromycin 500 mg qid x 7 days หรือ
  • Amoxy 500 mg tid x 7 days
Disseminated Gonococeal infection :
  • Ceftriaxone 1 g IM / IV q 24 hr
Syphillis :
  • Tetracycline 500 mg qid x 4 wk หรือ
  • Doxycycline 100 mg bid x 4 wk
Neurosyphillis :
  • PGS 18-24 mU/day (3-4 mU q 4 hr) x 10-14 days
